A one-day Interactive Workshop - led by Jungian Psychologist William Garnermann

Summary:

Projections create a barrier between the unconscious and consciousness. They defend the ego from difficult emotions and unacceptable parts of the personality. These contents are projected onto external objects, institutions and individuals. This brings temporary control to the ego and a release of anxiety. Projections are at the foundation of irrational fixations, desires, passions and hate.

However they are the easiest way of finding out what lurks in the unconscious. Identify your projections and you will see what needs to be integrated into consciousness to bring wholeness to the psyche.
